TERM & CONDITIONS
- C. P. Solution reserves all the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
- All taxes will be calculated and deducted from the member's earnings.
- C.P. Solution retains the right to make any changes to it's commission plan, rules, and regulations to create a successful business.
- All dispute and legal action will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
- Membership will be valid as per the company's plan (Till the last level of the commission plan)
- Every member will be eligible to withdraw earned money only after referring 2 members under his/her downline.
- This form is a request from a person to C P Solution to be designated as a self-employed or independent distributor.
- The C.P. Solution makes no promises or guarantees regarding a set wage or income; rather, each member is eligible to receive a commission based on their selling performance.
- If a member is found to have engaged in misleading or false advertisements about the company's ethics, commission structure, or any other issue that can damage the company's reputation or goodwill, their membership will be terminated or blocked at all levels.
- The C. P. Solution is not responsible for any other commitment than stated in the commission plan.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery of the product.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
- Personalized, perishable, or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
- Any consumable item that has been used or installed are not eligible for exchange.
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC (Universal Product Code) are not eligible for exchange.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered are not eligible for exchange.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
- Customers must initiate the exchange request via email, phone, or an online form.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- As per our marketing plan, the product can be exchanged, but the amount will not be refunded.
- The company reserves the right to deny an exchange if the returned product does not meet policy conditions.
- If you are found to be involved in any activity that is intended to receive claims with false information then we are reserving our rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against you and Your membership will be suspended or terminated.
